For replacement of non functioning hardware, CoreThread will go through an RMA process with the manufacturer to be sent a replacement unit. CoreThread will cover the cost of shipping the product back to CoreThread, and the labour for replacing the hardware. CoreThread will also cover the cost of shipping the fixed product back to the customer.
The standard warranty for PC builds sold from CoreThread is a 12-month limited warranty on parts and labour. This warranty/RMA service covers defects from the hardware or original software/operating system installation. This does not cover any hardware or software additions/modifications performed by the customer. This also does not apply to refurbished builds - please see individual listings for warranty information.
Warranty Exclusions

Issues caused by user error

Software related issues (outside of the original software that was installed during configuration at CoreThread)

Modifications made to the system by the customer, to include but not limited to the following:

Replacing Components

Overclocking

Undervolting

BIOS Updating

Software Installation

Peripherals or external accessories

Data loss or recovery
Except as provided below, CoreThread is not liable for any loss, cost, inconvenience, or damage that may result from use or inability to use the product. The warranty and remedies set forth below are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, expressed or implied. No reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.
Warranty Conditions

This warranty covers only normal use of the product.

CoreThread is not liable under this warranty if any damage or defect results from the following:

Misuse, abuse, neglect, improper shipping, improper installation

Disasters such as flood, lightning, fire, or improper electrical current

Service or modification completed by anyone outside of CoreThread
